Non-Destructive Testing

The defects you can't see are the ones that cause failures. Our NDT services are designed to find what visual inspection misses — subsurface cracks, weld discontinuities, material degradation — before they become critical.
We deploy a full range of NDT methods including Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT). Every examination is performed by qualified technicians and reported to internationally recognised standards, giving you clear, defensible results.
肉眼看不到的缺陷，往往才是造成失效的根源。我們的 NDT 服務專門找出目視檢查所遺漏的問題——次表面裂縫、焊接不連續、材料劣化——在它們演變成重大事故之前先行攔截。

Pre-Shipment Inspection & Factory Acceptance Test

Equipment that passes factory tests can still arrive on-site with missing items, transport damage, or documentation gaps. Pre-shipment inspection and FAT close that risk before the goods ever leave the factory floor.
Our inspectors attend and witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) on your behalf — verifying that equipment meets agreed specifications, performance requirements, and documentation standards. We compile a detailed punch list, track closure of outstanding items, and confirm readiness for packing and shipment. You get a complete, independent record of what was accepted and on what basis — before it's too late to act.
設備通過工廠測試，不代表它能完好無缺地抵達現場。出貨前仍可能存在遺漏項目、文件缺失或運輸損傷的風險。出貨前檢查與工廠驗收測試，就是在設備離廠前把風險關閉。

The EU's CBAM (Regulation EU 2023/956) requires importers to declare and pay for the embedded carbon in goods entering the EU — covering steel, aluminium, cement, fertilisers, hydrogen, and electricity. For Taiwanese manufacturers exporting to Europe, non-compliance is a direct commercial risk.
