A group chat is a stream, not a record
群組對話是訊息流,不是檢驗紀錄
A modest fabrication job produces well over a hundred inspection records. The volume is not the problem. Where those records end up is.
一個中小型製造專案,檢驗紀錄動輒上百筆。問題不在數量,而在這些紀錄最後散落在哪裡。

How many inspection records does one project generate between steel receiving and final shipment? I counted once at a fabrication shop: incoming material, cutting, pre-weld fit-up, in-process welding, post-weld surface examination, coating, final dimensional, punch items, plus daily HSE observations. Even a mid-sized project passed a hundred records.
The volume is not the real problem. The problem is that those records sit scattered across phones, folders and chat threads, and never add up to a clear, current picture of inspection results and project progress.
Paper left, and the group chat moved in
Most shops stopped using paper years ago. They use group chats instead. A weld gets photographed and dropped into the group, and somebody replies “PERFECT!” The coating DFT reading goes into the same group, and so does the punch item. On the surface everything is recorded: every item got a response, and every message carries a timestamp.
Then, a few weeks later, the client asks for the full track record of one piece of equipment. You scroll back through thousands of messages and quickly realise it cannot be done.
Why a chat can never become a record
A group chat is a stream. A record has structure. You cannot query a stream by equipment number, by process stage or by date, and that is exactly how clients, auditors and your own engineers ask their questions.

ISO 9001 asks for identification and traceability. On most projects, the entire cost of that traceability gets pushed into the final week before shipment, when someone rebuilds the dossier from chat exports, spreadsheets and camera rolls. That week is expensive and stressful, and the result is still full of gaps.
What we built ProQ to do
That gap is why we built ProQ. The client's own standard checklists are imported as they are, so nobody has to learn a new format. On site, the inspector opens the project, takes the photo, enters the result, and the image lands under the correct inspection item immediately.
Receiving, fabrication stages, welding, coating, final dimensional and HSE observations all live in one platform. Every entry sits under an equipment number, a process stage and a date, so it can be found again in seconds rather than rebuilt in a week.
QHSE management gets the view a chat can never give: inspection progress, open nonconformities and punch items, and safety observations across every project in the company, including who was assigned, how far the correction has gone and whether it is closed. The same live data is available on a phone or tablet, wherever you happen to be standing.
After years in this industry I am sure of one thing. A quality issue is not the frightening part. The worst case is not being able to trace it back and find where the problem came from.
一個專案從鋼材進料到最終出貨,會產生多少檢驗紀錄?我曾經在一家製造廠算過:進料檢驗、切割、焊前組立、焊接過程、焊後表面檢查、塗裝、最終尺寸、缺失項目,再加上每天的安全衛生觀察。就算是中等規模的專案,也超過一百筆。
數量其實不是真正的問題。問題是這一百多筆紀錄散落在手機、資料夾和群組對話裡,永遠拼不出一張清楚、即時的檢驗結果與專案進度全貌。
紙本退場,群組對話進場
大多數工廠早就不用紙本了,改用通訊軟體群組。焊道拍照丟進群組,有人回一句「PERFECT!」;塗裝膜厚讀數丟進同一個群組,缺失項目也是。表面上什麼都有紀錄,每件事都有人回應,每則訊息都有時間戳記。
幾週後,客戶來要某一台設備的完整檢驗履歷。你往回滑了幾千則訊息,很快就發現這是不可能的任務。
為什麼群組對話永遠變不成紀錄
群組對話是訊息流,紀錄是有結構的。訊息流沒辦法依設備編號、製程階段或日期查詢,偏偏客戶、稽核員和自家工程師問問題時,用的就是這三個條件。

ISO 9001 要求鑑別與追溯性。但在多數專案裡,追溯性的成本全被推到出貨前最後一週,由某個人從對話匯出檔、試算表和手機相簿裡把文件包重新拼回來。那一週代價很高、壓力很大,拼出來的東西還是到處是缺口。
我們打造 ProQ 要解決的事

品質安全衛生主管則能看到群組對話給不了的全貌:公司所有專案的檢驗進度、未結案的不符合與缺失、安全觀察,包括指派給誰、改善進行到哪裡、是否已經結案。同樣的即時資料用手機或平板就能看,不管人在哪裡。
在這個產業待了這些年,我很確定一件事:品質問題本身並不可怕,最糟的是出了問題卻追不回去,找不到源頭在哪裡。
